Had a great day ytd! Celebrating my daddy's bday at east coast. We invited our aunts, uncles and cousins over and we had fabulous feast over there!! On thurs after work, dar and I went to shop for ouR bbq food and ingredients.. Then that day midnight as early as 1am.. Mum, Bro and I went fish port to buy the freshest seafood u can get!! Kekeke.. We bought many mAnY food.. Like crayfish, king prawn, glass prawn, sotongs (squids) from fish port.. =) Lucky bro know one of the main supplier there..SO, we get BeSt dEaL fRoM tHe tOwN!!! ^.^ haha..
When we reach home, its around 3am le.. Then I cleaned and washed all the seafood.. Slept around 5am.. Woke up at 8.30am to prepare all the food. Like marinading the chicken wing, pork chop, sotongs and prawns.. Preparing other food like sausages with bacon, and etc. Mum cooked curry and suri (domestic helper) cooks bee hoon taught by mom.. Hee... Very busy lor.. Bro also went to bbqwholesale to collect the stingrays, satays and otahs.. =)
Went East Coast park around 4pm.. Then bro sets the fire for bbq.. hmm..bbq wholesale's charcoal really hard to start the fire.. (as mentioned on their web) but its really good.. The fire didnt burn our food and all bbq food turn out so nice and delicious!!! It came in a neatly packed box of 3kg charcoal..
I didnt take much photos.. as i was busy bbq the food.. or busy eating.. else busy playing with my doggies.. kkekeee... Well, a list of what we had..

Hee.. drOoLS?? i told you i gonna hav BIG FEAST le ma.. whhahaha.. ^o^ The best BBQ i've ever had!! A successful one.. Everyone likes all the food.. Praises and praises!! So hAPpY leh... ^.^ glad that all like the food we prepare!! =)
And we got a hand set for dad's bday pressie as well.. Hee.. and he is so happy and like it! yea!!
